A 30% deposit of the total price is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be completed at least 1 day before departure.
Cancellation: Partial refunds are not available — cancellations apply to the full booking only.
Guest Replacement: You may replace a participant (no refund needed) by informing us at least 14 days before departure.
Reschedule Allowed once, requested at least 30 days before departure. New date must be within the same year. Any price difference will be charged
Guests must arrive in Labuan Bajo at least 1 day before.Open trips depart on time. Late guests must catch up at their own cost.
Boat activities are handled by the boat operator.
Land activities are handled by local guides.
Guests are responsible for their own safety.
Force majeure will full refund
Double booking replacement or refund (within 48 hours)
Overbooking will replace similar boat; if higher price, difference is charged to the guest
